I'm Miriam, 45, an x-ray technologist by day and writer by night.
I live with depression and PMDD, and I share how you can live a joyful, happy, and sparkling life with mental illness.
I quit drinking alcohol in late 2021, and I love hiking, kayaking, skiing, yoga, and writing books.
