And ... Action!

The mystery that is Google+ made this video that cracks me up due to the dramatic music:

Isn't it hilarious? I don't know who makes these or how they decide what to compile, but that makes it even better. You never know what they will come up with next!

Since today is a drab and rainy day, I have been spending lots of quality time in front of the computer, finding fun little tidbits around the Internet that are amusing:

Did you know that shoulder chickens are a thing?

Then there is this version of the Canadian National Anthem:

For a German expat, this blog written by an American who moved to Germany with his wife is a must-read: Oh God, My Wife Is German. Read his latest post about 'Schreber' gardens, so funny!

I can never resist some Corgi humour:

Last but not least, I can't help it, I need to share this bit of good news with you: Thought Catalog published an article of mine! I'm thrilled!! Check it out:  http://tcat.tc/1DBfm2M

Hope your Monday isn't too Monday-ish!

  1. Congratulations on your article!!! How exciting!
Also, that video is so hilarious. Theme music makes everything better! As does Jennifer Lawrence flicking someone off...I wish to be her one day - such a classy broad <3

  2. Haha, I don't get how that happens with the videos. My dad sometimes uploads pictures and it transforms them to these gifs with snow, it doesn't make sense. The background music is hilarious! And congrats on your article :) Already commented there! Go Miriam!

  3. She is the best! Just blurts out whatever is on her mind, I love it. I hope she will always stay so down-to-earth and cool, must be hard in Hollywood.
Google+ is seriously the biggest puzzle to me, I have no clue how it works. Which makes it so funny!

  4. You did, I saw it! Thank you so much, it means the world to me.
Google+'s auto awesome feature is the weirdest thing, it seems completely random. Very amusing though!
