Today is my one-year yoga anniversary! On March 1, 2015 I embarked on my first challenge, and haven't looked back.
Instead of waxing poetic about how much I love it, I decided to keep it short and sweet and show you a video I put together of the first year of my practice.
The theme is "yoga with dogs", so I chose clips that have the dogs in them. It wasn't hard, they are in most of my videos ;-)
