March goals

In case you're confused by my introductory picture, be prepared to be unamused: I am about to go off on vacation. To the Bahamas. Please don't hate me?

In large parts thanks to my spontaneous and fun-loving husband, we agreed to go on a cruise with two other couples on Halloween night. Maybe not the most sensible night to make a decision, but on the other hand - maybe the best time to make decisions. Inhibitions were lowered, the reasonable voices drowned out by the adventurous ones, and we made up our minds that we would take a look at what the fuss is all about: Are the white beaches really as white as they claim? The water really as crystal clear? The cocktails as delicious? I will give you a full report upon our return.

However, before the vacation starts, let's take a look at last month's goals:

Participate in #AColorWeek.
I did, and it was so much fun! I also blogged about it (good blogger) and made a picture:

Record 1 Second Everyday.
Again, I did! Even though it was fun, I'm not sure if I will continue this for the rest of the year. It's harder than you may think to remember/think of something new to record every day, even if it is only one second.
But I'm glad I managed to do it in February. (Except for two days. Maybe three. On those days I used photos or simply described the main event of the day -> see sec. 7  of the video.)

Take the oath of citizenship.
We are at three for three, because I did indeed. And I'm finally a Canadian now, 13 years after I moved to this beautiful country. I'm so happy about this!

Do my homework.

Weeelllll .... I'm doing my assignments within the deadline, but I was hoping to work ahead, and that didn't happen. Tomorrow. Right? Right??

March goals

After coming up with 36 projects just the other day, I better include a couple of them into my monthly goals to get them done:

Guest-posting. I have three blogs in mind I want to guest-post for, and the goal is to finish at least one.

Meditation. This is the month where it will happen. Maybe even on vacation?

Less candy and vino. I've gotten into the habit of consuming too much of both, and I'm determined to cut back big time. After the vacation.

Enjoy our vacation. The hardest goal of all ;-)

I'm linking up with MariahEstherLindsay and Shannon to #clearthelist.

Clear The List

What are your goals this month?
