Style: It's getting dark, baby

All of a sudden, it gets dark really early. Have you noticed?
Yesterday, after a perfect 'me'-day involving shopping, reading, and walking the dogs, I wanted to take a few outfit photos. One moment it was still sunny, and the other it's suddenly almost dark. Yikes, the dark season is approaching rapidly!
One thing I'm really looking forward to for the colder season is tights. I went on a bit of a buying rampage yesterday and bought 4 pairs: 2 black ones, 1 graffiti-pair (it looks so amazing, can't wait to show you guys!) and one fire-engine red pair. I'm all set for colder temperatures! But no rush warm weather, stick around for as long as you like. ;-)

Boom! Night has fallen, just like that.

Top: Winners (just bought it yesterday, isn't it cute?); jeans: American Eagle; clogs: Lotta From Stockholmnecklaces: gifts; bracelet: Chickpea Design Studio (similar here)

I had some trouble with my lighting this time around, sorry for the grainy photos. You win some, you lose some, right?

Happy Friday!

  1. I love this time of year, when it starts to get dark and cool and colorful :) Definitely my favorite season!
I love your outfit by the way (especially the necklace) - perfect for fall! And look at that - your hair is finally long enough to put in a top knot! Hooray!

  2. I really like the blouse! So colorful. You look great! Yay for tights!! I'm excited to pull those out.
Don't tell the other animals, but Bear is my favorite. He just looks so gentle and wise.

  3. These pictures are so sweet! :)
I saw a pair of leggings that LOOKED like tights at Target the other day and almost got them! I like the look but having to put my feet in makes the crotch feel weird and reminds me of being a kid, haha!
