Farmlife at its best

Yesterday was simply the best day. After talking to my mom on the phone and wishing her a Happy Mother's Day, I spent all day outside with my furry children. The sun was shining, the boys were working on our future rose garden, and I did - nothing. Aaahhh, the bliss! Well, nothing is not quite correct: I brushed the dogs, sang them songs (don't judge), and took approximately a million photos.
It was the most perfect Sunday I had in a long time.

xoxo Miriam

P.S. Yesterday was the first day of our School of Life linkup. Please join us next Sunday!

  1. Your day looks GORGEOUS. Really. I wish you were closer and we could swing by for a day on the farm with all your cuties!! Happy belated Mother's Day to you, because I know that fur babies most certainly count as well. :)

    1. (unless they're cats... cats are so low maintenance they prepare you for nothing but other cats. ;))

  2. I love the first picture...that is amazing you got that shot lined up where Lily's ears are aligned with the form of the chicken! The one ducks look like that have little hats on their heads...very fancy ducks. Looks like a gorgeous day!
